The average salary of workers is currently over 7 million VND/person/month. According to Mr. Ngo Thuy Hai, Head of Human Resources, Esmo Vina Co., Ltd., this is a 100% Korean-owned company, with the production of automotive electrical wires. With the specific characteristics of producing quite detailed and difficult products, requiring workers to be trained, instructed and practiced seriously, achieving quality to ensure product output, the Company regularly sends workers to factories and enterprises producing automobiles and auto components to study.

The good news at Esmo Vina Co., Ltd. is that the Company's orders have been signed until the end of 2023, ensuring enough jobs for workers. Even now, the Company needs to recruit about 300 more workers to promptly produce orders according to the signed schedule.

According to the report of the Labor Federation of districts, cities, and industry unions, as of August 4, 2023, 35 enterprises had cut their workforce (an increase of 5 enterprises compared to June 2023), including 16 FDI enterprises. The total number of affected workers was 26,745 (of which, the number of workers with reduced working hours was 24,482; the number of workers whose labor contracts were terminated was 1,385); the number of workers aged 35 and over was 8,226; and the number of pregnant and nursing female workers was 347.

In order to share and accompany businesses, trade unions at all levels and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board have also coordinated with relevant units to synchronously deploy solutions to promptly encourage, share and remove difficulties, support businesses to stabilize production, create jobs and income for workers.

In general, the ideological situation of union members and workers is basically stable, they are assured in production and work, trust in the leadership of the Party, the administration and management of the State; they are happy with the attention of the leaders of the Party, State, Party committees and authorities in caring for, encouraging, building support policies, and removing difficulties for businesses and workers.

In particular, thanks to the tax reduction and interest rate reduction policies, the production situation of enterprises has become less difficult. Many enterprises have found orders and returned to normal work, such as NienHsing Ninh Binh Garment Company Limited and Interconetc Company Limited, which are recruiting more workers... The desire of enterprises is to continue to receive the attention of the Party and State, Party committees and authorities at all levels, to have solutions to stabilize the situation, and at the same time support enterprises to stabilize production and business, ensure employment, improve income, and improve the material and spiritual life of workers.
