Saigon Post and Telecommunication Services Joint Stock Company was also the unit that was at the top of the list of late social insurance payments in Ho Chi Minh City many times until the period when the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City froze, many real estate and construction businesses encountered difficulties.
Another big brand in Ho Chi Minh City is also facing difficulties, with the amount of late social insurance payments increasing rapidly, which is the system of businesses related to Hung Thinh Group.

According to Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance, by the end of the second quarter of 2024, the number of people participating in compulsory social insurance in the city was more than 2.5 million people; the number of people participating in voluntary social insurance was more than 39,000 people.
In the first 6 months of the year, the City Social Insurance has inspected and examined 917 units. Through the inspection, it was recorded that many units using labor were late in paying social insurance, requiring immediate correction at the time of inspection and examination of 52 billion VND.
