From November 5 to 10, the working delegation of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van had a working trip to India.
The delegation worked with the Millennial Indian International Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (MIICCIA). Here, leaders of departments and branches of Dak Lak province proposed cooperation with Indian enterprises in the fields of industry, tourism, culture, agriculture, and investment cooperation.

On this occasion, 30 Indian enterprises operating in the fields of agriculture, pharmaceuticals, information technology, textiles, logistics... introduced their needs for cooperation with enterprises in Dak Lak province.
At the meeting, two enterprises of Dak Lak province, CHH Agricultural Products Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company (in Krong Pac district) and BVI Joint Stock Company (Buon Ma Thuot city) signed 4 memorandums of understanding on cooperation with the Indian Economic and Trade Organization and Vaani Precision Industries Company on promoting the export of durian from Dak Lak province to the Indian market.
The delegation also worked with the Vietnamese Embassy in India. At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van requested the Vietnamese Embassy in India to continue supporting the connection of enterprises to cooperate in economic development and investment in agricultural processing factories in Dak Lak province; promote trade, expand the consumption market for agricultural products with strengths, especially agricultural products with room for large consumption market development such as durian.
The Vietnamese Ambassador to India affirmed that he will always accompany Dak Lak province in diplomatic activities according to the annual exchange and construction conference program, supporting the province's businesses to connect and promote cooperation, introduce and promote typical agricultural products such as durian and macadamia for export to this potential market.

Also during the working trip, the delegation visited the capital New Delhi; worked with Apollo Hospital; visited Spaze iTech Park; worked with the Kerala state government and met with Kerela state enterprises; worked with Kerala Agricultural University, Kerala Information Technology Center; met with tour operators/tourism associations; and visited factories producing agricultural products such as coconut, rubber, tea, coffee, and Indian spices.
