But now, 3G and 4G waves are everywhere, so many people can participate in the supply chain. This has promoted strong development of postal services.
“Applying technology to solve multiple calculations at the same time and combining it with flexibility to solve small problems, these are two factors that make up smart postal services. We can bring tools to every citizen and create the power of millions of households that can participate in the postal service chain. Mr. Vuong Quang Khai, Deputy General Director of VNG, affirmed that this unit has made a breakthrough in AI and highly appreciated the support of the Ministry of Information and Communications for businesses. To do AI, VNG had to invest millions of USD to buy computers with large processing capacity, but could not buy the machines due to the impact of the chip war. "VNG proposed the Ministry of Information and Communications for support and the Ministry worked with bilateral partners to help VNG buy the equipment" - Mr. Khai informed.

Cyber security companies operating in Vietnam must think of a global scale. The Ministry of Information and Communications will support Vietnamese cyber security companies to go global.
Mr. To Dung Thai, Chairman of VNPT introduced and expressed his desire to create an agricultural platform to help more than 70 million Vietnamese people living in rural areas. This platform is being deployed by VNPT, connecting the cycle from planting, caring, tracing the origin, and consuming products.
Responding to the above idea, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung said that farmers can only escape poverty when they have a brand for their gardens and fruits. Therefore, VNPT's origin problem will help farmers have their own brand. The Ministry of Information and Communications commits to accompany businesses.
RikkeiSoft representative shared: “Going out into the world” encountered difficulties, RikkeiSoft was supported, consulted, and introduced to customers by Viettel and the Ministry of Information and Communications. Therefore, he hopes that the leaders of the Ministry of Information and Communications will discuss cooperation to avoid fierce competition between television stations.
Mr. Long mentioned the story that in the past year, many Vietnamese delegations went to promote foreign trade, but did not promote the cultural industry. With the spirit of "having to overcome the inferiority complex of unattractive content to go abroad", in the near future, Vinh Long Television will cooperate with India to promote cultural trade.

The reason for this is that in 2015, VTV changed its strategy to return to production, holding original content for the long term. In addition, VTV invested in equipment, resources and changed business policies with partners to exploit changes effectively.
“VTV is a public service unit but must produce good content – that is the mission of a press agency. VTV focuses on content so that the network can transmit and broadcast it. VTV wants businesses to work together to build a platform to be able to distribute content in the digital space.”
Regarding the issues raised by the press agencies, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung emphasized: In cyberspace, there must be some digital platforms with infrastructure, the State must play a role in promoting this. Businesses that want to grow must have big dreams.
Speaking at the conference, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung said that Vietnamese enterprises have not yet promoted cooperation with each other because they do not have a big enough problem to cooperate with. Enterprises must have big dreams and big problems to cooperate with each other to develop the country.
“The country is grateful to businesses for creating wealth, jobs, making the country prosperous, making the country famous, and producing weapons to protect the Fatherland. A business with thousands of people and a value of hundreds of millions of dollars is no longer yours. Doing business then is no longer for yourself. The responsibility to society, to the community, to the country will be much greater,” said the Minister.
“Enterprises must carry the national and ethnic mission. They must have big dreams. They must be rich and use that wealth to solve the country's big problems, help the country grow strong, prosper, and especially, master the most modern technologies to manufacture weapons, manufacture "magic crossbows" to protect the Fatherland. A prosperous country that cannot protect itself is built on sand" - the Minister advised businesses.
Minister Nguyen Manh Hung thanked the businesses for their contributions, sent his best wishes to them, and hoped that they would always be aware of their mission, receive new energy, overcome difficulties and challenges, and succeed.
The Minister also affirmed that the development of the information and communication industry is primarily due to businesses and units in the industry, the dedication of leaders, the exploration of new lands, and the acceptance of risks.
