The "Unification Train" stopped at 2 stations when passing through Ha Tinh.

The "Unification Train" was specially designed, bearing the mark of historical events.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) organized the operation of two trains named "Reunification Trains", specially designed, bearing the mark of the historical event.

Accordingly, train SE1 departs from Hanoi station and SE4 departs from Saigon station, scheduled for the evening of April 29. The two trains will meet at 12 noon on April 30 at Da Nang station.

During the journey, when passing through Ha Tinh, train SE1 and train SE4 will stop at 2 stations: Yen Trung (Duc Tho) and Huong Pho (Huong Khe) on April 30.

At Yen Trung station, train SE1 arrives at 3:07, stops for 3 minutes, and continues moving at 3:10; at Huong Pho station, train arrives at 4:06, stops for 3 minutes, and continues moving at 4:09.

Train SE4 arrives at Huong Pho station at 21:36, departs at 21:39 and arrives at Yen Trung station at 22:35, departs at 22:38. The train stops at each station for 3 minutes.

The "Unification Train" will stop at Yen Trung and Huong Pho stations.

At the train farewell ceremony on the evening of April 29, the railway industry will also coordinate with partners to bring surprise gifts to passengers on the two trains.

The journey of the "Reunification Train" aims to pay tribute to the generations of fathers and brothers who shed blood and sweat to regain independence for the country. Among the 800 passengers on these two trains are veterans and families with contributions to the revolution.

On this occasion, the railway industry is offering a 40% discount on ticket prices for those who have contributed to the revolution, including war invalids, sick soldiers, veterans, and relatives of those who have contributed to the revolution. The program applies to train tickets from April 24 to May 9.
