The Provincial People's Committee handled them by issuing correction decisions; checked documents according to authority, through the Department of Justice received 54 legal documents sent by the District People's Committees and issued them within the authority and in accordance with prescribed procedures. Regarding the document review, there were 159 documents that had to be implemented by the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee, of which 159/159 documents had been implemented; the total number of documents that needed to be processed was 176 documents. Up to now, the province has processed, amended, supplemented, replaced or abolished 176 reviewed documents... In his concluding remarks at the inspection, Comrade Dang Hoang Oanh, Deputy Minister of Justice, highly appreciated the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee in the timely inspection, handling, review and systematization of legal documents. He requested the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee to continue to direct the effective and serious implementation of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP. Strengthen supervision of compliance with the Constitution and laws in the activities of building, inspecting, handling, reviewing and systematizing legal documents in the province; direct the Committees of the Provincial People's Council to proactively coordinate with relevant agencies in the process of building, examining and promulgating legal documents. For the Provincial People's Committee, promptly handle documents issued by the Provincial People's Committee as stated in the conclusion for the Ministry of Justice within 30 days from the date of receipt of the conclusion; Assess the consequences and impacts of the document and consider and handle the responsibility of those who issued or advised on the issuance of illegal documents according to regulations.
