Pursuant to Decision No. 1915-QDNS/TW dated February 14, 2025 of the Politburo on the establishment of the Inspection Team of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2025, after studying the self-inspection report of the Standing Committee of the Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee and working with 02 party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee, Inspection Team No. 1915 reported the inspection results to the Standing Committee of the Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee on the leadership, direction and implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025 of the Politburo on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the 13th Politburo on party congresses at all levels. progressive to the 14th National Congress of the Party;

Through the inspection work, it shows that the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee recognize the importance of the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee, focusing on leadership, direction, implementation, dissemination, research and study, concretization, and issuance of leadership documents and instructions for implementation in accordance with the actual situation of localities, agencies and units.

Thereby, helping Party committees, Party organizations and Party members in the Party Committee to correctly perceive the content, purpose, requirements, meaning and importance of the Central Committee's resolutions, directives and conclusions, creating high consensus and unity in perception and action, contributing to the good implementation of political tasks of agencies, units and localities.

Party committees, heads of localities, agencies and units organize implementation in a positive, urgent and serious spirit; the implementation process closely follows the contents of the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central and the province. Issue regulations, action programs, plans and implementation instructions closely following the functions and tasks of each party organization, agency, unit and locality; the leadership and direction of implementation are basically substantive, with focus and key points, and are supported and implemented by the majority of cadres, party members and people.

During the implementation process, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee always proactively remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing the implementation of tasks and solutions according to the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee.

Focus on leadership and direction to effectively promote the role, responsibility, and set an example of the leader in resolving basic tasks in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress and roadmap according to resolutions, directives, and conclusions set by the Central Committee. Assign cadres to monitor, take charge, and regularly urge, remind, and correct during the implementation process; strengthen inspection and supervision of party organizations and party members in implementing resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Thereby, proactively grasping and detecting limitations, weaknesses, and difficulties in the implementation process, promptly resolving problems and urgent issues arising in practice; through inspection and supervision, promoting advantages, at the same time giving comments, correcting, and overcoming limitations and shortcomings.

Up to now, basically all aspects of the direction of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term have been led and directed to meet the requirements, on schedule, and in accordance with the Party's content and principles. The quality of documents has been improved, being close to reality, scientific and feasible; human resources have been carefully prepared, basically in accordance with the prescribed orientation, structure, ratio and standards. The implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus of each level and each sector in the political system from the province to the grassroots has brought about initial results in stabilizing operations.

Comrade Le Van Han, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the conference.

The results of reviewing, arranging and perfecting the organizational apparatus have reduced the number of organizational structures within agencies and units. The arrangement and placement of cadres, civil servants and public employees of agencies, units and localities is ensured, suitable to job positions, promoting the capacity and strengths of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, ensuring no bottlenecks or delays in the common work.

Science, technology, innovation and digital transformation activities have been focused on and directed from the beginning of the term, gradually becoming a driving force to promote sustainable economic development.

Leaders and directors must correctly and accurately assess the context and development space to determine that in 2025, GRDP growth will be 8% or higher; at the same time, focus on opening up and developing new growth drivers, ensuring that the economic development process is closely linked to the implementation of social progress and equity and maintaining political security, order and social safety in the province, achieving double-digit economic growth in the 2025 - 2030 term.

After the inspection, the Inspection Team requested the Standing Committee of Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee to continue promoting advantages, overcoming and correcting limitations, shortcomings, difficulties and obstacles within the local authority, and organizing focused and key implementation of goals, tasks and solutions according to the requirements of the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee.

Actively coordinate with departments, ministries and branches to request competent authorities to resolve recommendations and difficulties within the authority of the Central Committee. Monthly report to the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Inspection Committee on implementation results.
