The inspection delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with the Party Committee of the Provincial Youth Union.

On the afternoon of September 26, Inspection Team No. 1337 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, led by Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, had a working session with the Party Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW of the 11th Party Central Committee and Conclusion No. 90-KL/TU of the 21st Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

According to the report at the working session, the Party Committee of the Provincial Youth Union has led and directed the serious, timely and comprehensive implementation of the contents of Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development; Conclusion No. 90-KL/TU dated October 12, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on continuing to implement Resolution No. 10-NQ/TU dated June 26, 2017 of the Standing Committee of the 21st Provincial Party Committee on building and developing Ninh Binh culture and people to 2020, with a vision to 2030 to meet the requirements of integration and sustainable development; and directives and guidelines of the Central and the province on the field of culture and people. Ensure that it is consistent with the characteristics of the situation and the functions and political tasks of the unit; contribute to raising the awareness of the young generation in the area about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on culture and people; participate in building a healthy cultural environment, preserving and promoting the good traditional cultural values ​​of the nation and the locality.

Actively participate in cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities on major holidays and important events of the country and the province. Organize many activities to educate historical traditions, culture and life ideals for union members and young people. Promote the effectiveness of the Provincial Youth and Children Center in organizing skills education and talent training for young people.

Directing and coordinating the effective implementation of revolutionary action campaigns and movements, and programs to accompany young people. Every year, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee extensively deploys the campaign "Building model values ​​for Ninh Binh youth in the new era"; promoting programs to promote good people and good deeds such as: "A good news every day, a beautiful story every week", the forum "Building beautiful friendships - Say no to school violence".

Ninh Binh youth are increasingly sensitive and creative in applying technology and taking advantage of new, positive trends of young people on social networks to promote the unique cultural values ​​of the locality and the province.

From 2021 to present, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has directed the construction and launch of the provincial Youth project "Digitizing red addresses" with 46 historical and cultural relics and red addresses standardized with digital content, contributing to preserving, promoting and developing tangible and intangible cultural values ​​of the province; educating historical and cultural traditions for the younger generation and promoting digital transformation in the cultural field in the area.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, acknowledged and commended the efforts and achievements of the Provincial Youth Union Party Committee and the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee in implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW of the 11th Party Central Committee and Conclusion No. 90-KL/TU of the 21st Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, notably the application of information technology in promoting and preserving historical and cultural relics in the area.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the Party Committee of the Provincial Youth Union to seriously learn from the existing shortcomings and limitations and focus on leading and directing Party organizations and Party members in the Party Committee to promote the implementation of Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW, Conclusion No. 90-KL/TU in conjunction with the effective implementation of Conclusion No. 01-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (term XIII) on Party building and rectification and the political system in conjunction with revolutionary action movements and programs accompanying the youth of the Youth Union at all levels in the province. Promote the vanguard and exemplary role of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, and association members, especially leaders.

Coordinate with the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee to strengthen the direction of propaganda work, raise awareness for union members, team members, youth, and association members in the province about the importance of developing Vietnamese culture and people, Ninh Binh culture and people in the current period. Advise and propose a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties (especially financial) in the activities of the Union and youth movement.
