The inspection delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with the Nho Quan District Party Standing Committee

On the afternoon of October 10, Inspection Team No. 1335 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, led by Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Nho Quan District Party Committee to discuss and give opinions on the draft Report of the inspection team on the leadership and direction of the implementation of Resolution No. 33 - NQ/TW of the 11th Party Central Committee and Conclusion No. 90 - KL/TU of the 22nd Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Attending the meeting were comrade Dang Xuan Nguyen, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Nho Quan District Party Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee of Nho Quan District Party Committee and selected units for inspection.

The draft report of the Inspection Team stated: During the inspection period (from January 2021 to June 2024), the Standing Committee of the Nho Quan District Party Committee focused on leading, directing, and organizing the comprehensive and effective implementation of the goals, tasks, and solutions stated in Resolution No. 33 - NQ/TW dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee and Conclusion No. 90 - KL/TU of the Standing Committee of the 22nd Provincial Party Committee on continuing to implement Resolution No. 10 - NQ/TW dated June 26, 2017 of the Standing Committee of the 21st Provincial Party Committee on "building and developing Ninh Binh culture and people to meet the requirements of integration and sustainable development of the country" in accordance with and promoting the advantages and potentials of the locality, promoting the socio-economic development of the district.

The leadership, direction, and implementation work has been carried out seriously and extensively to each subject with many new forms and methods, contributing to raising the awareness of cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life in the district about the importance of building and developing culture and people, meeting the requirements of sustainable national development. The work of reviewing, summarizing, inspecting, and supervising the implementation of Resolution No. 33 and Conclusion No. 90 has been carried out proactively and seriously.

Directing the issuance of programs, plans and projects to concretize documents of the Central and the province, organizing and implementing creatively, in accordance with local realities. Focusing on propaganda and education on the importance of preserving the cultural identity of the nation in general, including the cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group. Linking the preservation of national culture with emulation movements, cultural and artistic movements of the locality; the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life".

Backward customs have decreased compared to before. Over 600 cultural events and cultural exchange programs have been organized, attracting a large number of people and tourists to participate. From 2021 to now, the district has mobilized more than 20 billion VND to invest in building cultural institutions, preserving, embellishing and promoting the value of historical relics and cultural heritages, contributing to building a healthy cultural environment, improving the spiritual life and cultural enjoyment of the people. Currently, the whole district has 62 relics ranked at national and provincial levels, 110 typical intangible cultural heritages.

The construction of cultural industry, associated with tourism development, has received attention and has made many improvements. In particular, the Muong Ethnic Culture and Sports Festival is successfully organized every year with many activities and rich and diverse content, contributing to promoting the cultural traditions and history of ethnic minorities to domestic and international friends.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and contributed opinions on the draft Report of the inspection team to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee in leading and directing the implementation of Resolution 33 of the 11th Party Central Committee and Conclusion No. 90 of the 22nd Provincial Party Standing Committee. The delegates basically agreed with the draft Report of the inspection team.

Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda Department delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Concluding the working session, Comrade Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda Department, highly appreciated the advantages of the Nho Quan District Party Committee Standing Committee in leading and directing the implementation of Resolution No. 33 dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee and Conclusion No. 90 of the 22nd Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. He suggested that some shortcomings and limitations mentioned in the draft Report should be revised accordingly. After the working session, the Inspection Delegation will supplement and complete the Report and report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
