Moc Bai International Border Gate Border Guard Station is located in Thuan Tay Hamlet, Loi Thuan Commune, Ben Cau District. The station is assigned by the Tay Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command to manage and protect 17km of border; the North borders Long Phuoc Border Guard Station, the South borders Phuoc Chi Border Guard Station, the East borders Vam Co Dong River, and the West borders Cambodia.

Reporting to the Delegation, the representative of Moc Bai International Border Gate Border Guard Station said that the unit has done a good job of disseminating and implementing the Resolutions, orders, directives and instructions of the Party Committee, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Border Guard High Command, and the Ministry of National Defense in leading and directing the implementation of border guard tasks in 2025, ensuring seriousness, strictness and compliance with regulations.

At the same time, deploy the complete development of a system of regular combat documents and supplement the long-term plan. Organize the dissemination, implementation and practice according to the content and time prescribed by the superiors, ensuring the number of participating troops. The survey team highly appreciated the achievements of the Moc Bai International Border Guard Station in protecting the sovereignty of the border and territory on the border section that the Station is assigned to manage and protect; especially in foreign affairs. At the same time, they asked the unit to clarify issues related to the coordination process between forces, especially when solving difficult and complicated tasks related to the border gate; handling crimes related to foreign elements; digital transformation work, etc.

The Vice Chairman of the Committee stated that the sharing from the practice of the Moc Bai International Border Gate Border Guard Station is a source of information for the Committee to continue to complete the review report of the draft Law on State of Emergency with the highest quality, contributing to creating a more complete, higher, and stricter legal corridor, suitable for the current practical situation in responding to the state of emergency.
