Regarding the results of issuing detailed regulations assigned in the Land Law and decrees detailing the implementation of the law under the authority of the locality, according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and decrees guiding the implementation of the law, the total number of contents to be consulted is 59. Currently, the province has consulted and completed 20/20 contents prescribed in the Land Law; 28/39 contents prescribed in decrees guiding the implementation of the law.

According to the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee, the survey on the results of the implementation of land use planning and plans; the situation of the issuance of documents implementing the 2024 Land Law was conducted by the committee in 11 provinces, aiming to grasp the implementation of land policies, thereby determining the results and solutions to promote the effective implementation of land use planning and plans, meeting the country's sustainable development needs.

Representative of the Department of Agriculture and Environment reported the content to the delegation at the working session.

Vice Chairwoman of the Economic and Financial Committee Doan Thi Thanh Mai highly appreciated the direction of the provincial leaders in implementing the planning and land use plan. At the same time, she requested the Provincial People's Committee to continue to issue legal documents to implement the Land Law; absorb opinions at the working session, review land use planning indicators, supplement and complete the report to send to the survey team as soon as possible, serving the process of reviewing the adjustment of the National Land Use Plan./.
