200 Indian guests from Cryptriva Group arrived in Ho Chi Minh City from February 9 to 12, in the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and travel) program. This is the opening group for MICE tourism in 2025.

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, in 2025, Ho Chi Minh City aims to welcome 8.5 million international visitors, so the tourism industry has identified key plans to attract tourists, in which MICE tourism is one of the typical tourism products, promoting the development of the tourism industry.
From February 9 to 12, a group of 200 Indian MICE guests, belonging to Cryptriva Group, led by Mr. Pattiyil Aneesh, Director of Cryptriva South India branch, arrived in Ho Chi Minh City. This is also the first MICE group this year.
During the 4 days in Ho Chi Minh City, the Indian MICE delegation will attend the conference, stay at Ramana Saigon Hotel and visit famous destinations such as: Independence Palace, City Post Office, Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, City Theater, Ben Thanh Market, as well as experience the city night tour by double-decker bus.

In addition, the group also joined the Mekong tour in My Tho (Tien Giang province), visited Cu Chi tunnels, experienced AK-47 shooting and enjoyed Vietnamese and Indian dishes at reputable restaurants.
On February 11, at the gala dinner to welcome the group of tourists, Ms. Nguyen Tran Tam Ha - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Promotion Center - expressed her joy when tourists trusted and chose Ho Chi Minh City.
Ms. Ha said: "HCMC is constantly improving the quality of services and affirming its position as one of the leading tourist destinations in Vietnam. The city will be a vibrant destination, converging modernity and unique cultural values, promising to bring visitors unforgettable experiences."
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, this year the city's tourism industry is expected to continue to grow strongly, making Ho Chi Minh City continue to be the leading MICE and tourism destination in Asia.

Ho Chi Minh City in the top 25 tourist destinations not to be missed in 2025
In 2024, Ho Chi Minh City made its mark with many prestigious international awards, including: Asia's Leading Business Travel Destination, Asia's Leading Festival and Event Destination, Asia's Leading City Tourism Authority, Asia's Leading Incentive Travel Destination, and Asia's Best Trade Exhibition.
In particular, Ho Chi Minh City was honored by the American travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler (CNT) in the top 25 must-see tourist destinations in 2025.
Most notably, in early March 2024, Ho Chi Minh City was recognized as "Asia's Leading MICE Destination 2023" by the World MICE Award, marking the fourth consecutive year the city has received this prestigious title.
These are important milestones in the strategy of promoting Ho Chi Minh City tourism to the world, consolidating Ho Chi Minh City's position, as well as affirming its position on the international tourism map.
