For some specific cases, the Head of the People's Petition Committee suggested that Thanh Hoa province should establish a working group, review procedural records to have a basis to determine the direction of resolution for cases that the Supervisory Delegation is interested in; step up propaganda, explain policies and laws so that people can clearly understand and properly implement relevant legal regulations; each case needs to be resolved in a reasonable manner, when the Court tries it, it must be tried publicly... At the same time, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province is requested to study, supplement and complete the report on the work of receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations, in which specifically state the difficulties in implementing the provisions of some related laws, decrees and circulars.
