Reporting to the Supervisory Delegation, the representative of the 333 Sugarcane Joint Stock Company said that the unit is located in Ea Knop town (Ea Kar district, Dak Lak province). The predecessor of the Company is Division 333 (under Military Region 5), established in October 1976 with the main task of doing business and protecting the liberated areas in Dak Lak province.
After nearly 20 years of operation, the Company has expanded its scale and achieved many outstanding achievements. In particular, production and business activities have improved, maintaining and creating stable jobs for local workers.

Currently, the number of staff and workers working at the unit is 292 people, including 235 male workers and 57 female workers (including 11 ethnic minority workers). The average income of workers is under 9 million VND/person. Compared to the general level of the region, it is very stable, workers are assured and committed to their work. Regarding the structure of technical expertise: the rate of unskilled workers is 25%; workers with degrees and certificates: 75% (primary, intermediate vocational, college, university, post-graduate).

Currently, after many years of working, workers have mastered their skills and have mastered the production line. Therefore, in order to meet the trend of integrating and developing technology and using human resources, including high-quality human resources today, the unit has gradually introduced machinery and equipment with advanced technology and automation in production stages to replace the increasingly difficult labor force. In addition, training and promoting highly skilled workers to meet production requirements.
