In his concluding remarks at the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the health sector in digital transformation work in recent times; he requested the health sector to continue promoting the application of information technology (IT) and digital technology in the activities and services of the sector, gradually creating conditions for people to easily access medical information, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment. Medical facilities need to focus on implementing remote medical examination and treatment consultation activities on IT platforms; enhancing the integration of data on electronic health records; deploying the connection between grassroots health care with the grassroots health information management platform of the Ministry of Health towards medical examination and treatment using chip-embedded citizen identification cards.

He pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome; at the same time, he requested the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training to continue promoting propaganda and dissemination of the viewpoints and spirit of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU to create a widespread spread throughout the sector.
