On September 12, Supervisory Delegation 1521 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee led by Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council (Head of Supervisory Delegation No. 1) had a working session with the Party Committee of the Department of Health on the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU on digital transformation (DT) in Ninh Thuan province for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. After more than 1 year of implementing Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU, the health sector has achieved many remarkable results, contributing to improving the efficiency of management, operation and medical examination and treatment (KCB). In his concluding remarks at the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the health sector in digital transformation work in recent times; he requested the health sector to continue promoting the application of information technology (IT) and digital technology in the activities and services of the sector, gradually creating conditions for people to easily access medical information, improving the quality of medical examination and treatment. Medical facilities need to focus on implementing remote medical examination and treatment consultation activities on IT platforms; enhancing the integration of data on electronic health records; deploying the connection between grassroots health care with the grassroots health information management platform of the Ministry of Health towards medical examination and treatment using chip-embedded citizen identification cards.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the role, responsibility, efforts and results of leadership, direction and implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU of the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training in the past time. He pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome; at the same time, he requested the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training to continue promoting propaganda and dissemination of the viewpoints and spirit of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU to create a widespread spread throughout the sector. Along with that, it is necessary to effectively deploy digital transformation applications and software in management and teaching; ensure network security; maximize the internal strength of the staff in charge of IT and digital transformation; proactively coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to effectively exploit and operate the IT infrastructure system of the education and training sector located at the Provincial Data Center; promote socialization in the field of IT and digital transformation applications; Review and report on the results of implementing the industry's targets, striving to achieve the set targets by 2025.
