At the meeting, the representative of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the expected content and program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly. The session will take place in 2 concentrated sessions; session 1 from May 5 to 28; session 2 from June 11 to 28, at the National Assembly House (Hanoi Capital).

At this session, the National Assembly is expected to consider and pass 30 laws and 7 resolutions; give opinions on 6 draft laws and consider and decide on many other important issues to serve the work of restructuring and organizing the apparatus, developing the socio-economy and developing the country.

Participating in the content of the Program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation proposed that the National Assembly Standing Committee consider and supplement the content of the National Assembly Resolution on piloting special mechanisms and policies for the development of Van Don Economic Zone, Quang Ninh province, for the National Assembly to consider and decide.

The provincial National Assembly delegation also informed about the situation, results, and assessment of the settlement and response to voters' petitions sent to the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly, under the authority of central ministries and branches.

Informing voters and people about the country's socio-economic development situation, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang stated that the country is on the path of good development, rapid and sustainable development and firmly protecting the Fatherland. Facing difficulties and challenges in the world economic and political situation, the Party and State leaders have promptly taken solutions to ensure economic stability, security and order; creating a solid premise for the country to enter a new era of development for a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, happy Vietnam, steadily moving towards socialism.

In particular, the content on continuing to reorganize the apparatus of the political system, reorganize administrative units and organize local governments, ensuring the requirements of "streamlining - compactness - strength - efficiency - effectiveness - efficiency". Thereby, hoping that the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Ninh will continue to promote the strength of the great solidarity bloc, make efforts and strive to fulfill the assigned tasks to the highest level, further promote the growth rate, and build an increasingly prosperous homeland. The National Assembly Delegation of the province will synthesize and honestly and fully reflect the opinions and recommendations of voters to the National Assembly, the Government, and relevant central and provincial agencies for consideration and resolution.

The Provincial Party Secretary and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation suggested that in the coming time, Party committees and authorities at all levels should seriously grasp the policy, comply with the arrangement and organization of the apparatus according to the 2-level local government model; clearly identify difficulties and develop solutions when stopping operations at the district level; review and focus on arranging cadres, civil servants and public employees after the arrangement, especially in communes. At the same time, pay attention to social security issues and avoid negativity in the process of arranging administrative units. All levels and sectors in the province should maintain operations until the last day before ceasing operations according to the direction of the Central Government, ensuring the implementation of the growth targets set by localities and the province.
