The National Assembly delegation of Hoa Binh province met with voters of Da Bac and Lac Son districts before the 9th Session.

At the meeting, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the expected content of the program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly . Accordingly, the Session is expected to open on May 5 and close on the morning of June 28, and will be conducted in 2 phases: Phase 1 from May 5 to the end of May 28; Phase 2 from June 11 to the end of the morning of June 28.

This is the longest session since the beginning of the term, with a huge amount of work, the National Assembly will consider and decide on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; consider and pass 30 laws, 7 legal resolutions and a number of other draft laws and resolutions to serve the organization and apparatus of the political system; give opinions on 6 draft laws; consider and decide on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues.

At the same time, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation also informed voters about the Delegation's activities from after the 8th Session to before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the meeting, voters of Lac Son district reflected, recommended and proposed a number of issues such as: The Government needs to pay attention to directing the early implementation of investment in upgrading and expanding National Highway 12B from Tan Lac district to Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province. Raising the prescribed age for cadres working in the youth union from 35 to 45 years old, creating conditions for arranging and rotating union cadres. Paying attention to and having a health insurance card support policy for the elderly in especially difficult areas.

On the other hand, voters also reflected that the current level of support for the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses is still low, some families in difficult circumstances do not have enough counterpart funds to build; the level of support is uneven, some households are supported by other organizations, leading to comparisons and difficulties in the implementation process. Voters also hope for a support system for appraisal of disabled children; attention to investment in degraded schools and classrooms...

In addition, voters of Da Bac district also said that the arrangement of administrative units needs to have more support policies for young people and non-professional cadres at the commune level. At the same time, the province needs to pay attention to investing in expanding provincial road 433 to create conditions for tourism development; support the adjustment of agricultural land conversion purposes in communes in the Hoa Binh reservoir area, develop the economy, stabilize people's lives and have more legal mechanisms and policies to attract investment, develop tourism in the Hoa Binh reservoir area to promote existing potential...

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies Dang Bich Ngoc received, acknowledged and clarified a number of opinions and recommendations from voters. For issues that voters have recommended under the authority of the locality and the Central Government, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies will synthesize and forward them to the National Assembly, the Government and relevant levels and sectors for consideration and resolution in accordance with the provisions of law.
