After listening to the Provincial National Assembly Delegation report on the expected content and agenda of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; the results of the voter contact before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the conference discussed. Opinions showed that Bac Kan province highly appreciated the leadership, direction and administration of the Government and the National Assembly in the past time, especially the flexible, timely, quick and drastic directions on the arrangement of the apparatus, the merger of administrative units at all levels as well as the developments of the world situation, which were agreed and recognized by the people.

Through the National Assembly Delegation, Bac Kan province proposed to the Central Government the following contents: Having specific policies to support the construction of a transport infrastructure system connecting to communes after reorganization and rearrangement; paying attention to investing in electricity systems, roads, schools, medical stations, clean water... for people in remote areas; arranging facilities, civil servants who are in charge of the area, close to the people, ensuring political security, social order and safety, especially in ethnic minority areas; developing regulations on working in the online environment; considering and supplementing the content of general management and operation for the Program in Sub-project 3 under Project 10 Decision No. 1719/QD-TTg dated October 14, 2021 of the Prime Minister; guiding the assignment of works managed by the district-level People's Committee to the commune-level People's Committee as investors for maintenance and repair.

There are specific regulations or instructions on support policies from the state budget for subjects participating in production development support projects; expanding the subjects supported to participate in projects of the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, the National Target Program on sustainable poverty reduction; early allocation of capital to the Social Policy Bank to implement loans for people to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; unifying the general support policy regime for non-professional workers at the commune, village, and residential group levels who quit their jobs after the reorganization of commune-level administrative units; having measures to protect and strictly manage personal information in the network environment...

Comrade Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Hoang Duy Chinh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, said: The National Assembly Delegation will fully absorb the opinions and recommendations of departments, branches and units to synthesize and promptly report to competent authorities for consideration and resolution - especially issues related to the arrangement of organizational apparatus and arrangement of administrative units./.
