On the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024), on the afternoon of July 18, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province led by comrade Le Tien Lam, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, offered incense and flowers at cemeteries in Tay Ninh province.

The delegation included comrade Le Quang Hung, member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; representatives of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the provincial Military Command, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the provincial Women's Union, the Department of Information and Communications, Thanh Hoa Newspaper, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council; and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Tay Ninh province.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and the delegation laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs resting at Tra Vo Martyrs Cemetery (Go Dau district), Tan Bien Martyrs Cemetery (Tan Bien district) and Chau Thanh Martyrs Cemetery (Chau Thanh district).
It is known that in cemeteries in Tay Ninh province, 1,458 martyrs' graves from Thanh Hoa have been identified, of which Tra Vo Martyrs' Cemetery has 380 graves, Tan Bien Martyrs' Cemetery has 724 graves, and Chau Thanh Martyrs' Cemetery has 354 graves.
The delegation observed a minute of silence, respectfully expressing their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who did not spare their blood and bones, dedicating their youth to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people, making the country famous, bringing eternal prosperity to the Vietnamese people.
In front of the heroic martyrs, the Party Committee, government, army and people of all ethnic groups in Thanh Hoa province vow to continue to unite, promote the spirit of self-reliance, make the most of the attention and support of the Central Government and external resources to resolutely fulfill the set goals and tasks, build Thanh Hoa into a new growth pole in the North of the country, and make a worthy contribution to the cause of building and defending the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
At the same time, continue to pay attention to doing a good job of gratitude, taking care of the material and spiritual life of policy beneficiaries and families with revolutionary contributions, properly implementing the traditional morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Vietnamese people.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Le Tien Lam, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, thanked the Party Committee, government and people of Tay Ninh province for regularly caring for the graves of heroic martyrs in general and of the children of Thanh Hoa province in particular.
On this occasion, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province to the cemetery management boards.
