Delegation of Udomxay province visited and worked at Hoa Lu University and visited Bai Dinh pagoda.

Within the framework of the program of visiting and working in Ninh Binh province, on the morning of March 19, the delegation of Udomxay province led by Comrade Bun Khong La Chiem Phon, Alternate Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Secretary, Governor of Udomxay province visited and worked at Hoa Lu University; visited Bai Dinh pagoda.

Accompanying the delegation were comrade Nguyen Cao Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.

At Hoa Lu University, the delegation of Udomxay province kindly visited the study situation of Lao students; at the same time, discussed with the school about the results, difficulties and obstacles in training Lao students in recent years.

Accordingly, implementing the Cooperation Program between Ninh Binh Province and Udomxay Province, Hoa Lu University is assigned to train 10 Laotian students each year to meet the human resource needs for the socio-economic development of Udomxay Province. From 2011 to present, the school has organized the reception and training of 12 courses including 126 students, of which 80 have completed their studies and returned to work at the provincial departments and branches. The school is currently training 46 Laotian students majoring in Tourism, Business Administration, Accounting and Information Technology.

During their studies at Hoa Lu University, Lao students have received the attention and support of the school in terms of facilities, equipment, learning materials, etc. to serve their studies and training well. They always uphold the spirit of diligence, hard work, eagerness to learn, actively participate in extracurricular activities and achieve many high results.

Comrade Bun Khong La Chiem Phon, Secretary and Governor of Udomxay province, affirmed: Ninh Binh province and Udomxay province have a long-standing sisterhood relationship and the two provinces have well implemented the contents of the signed cooperation program, in which the highlight is the education and training of high-quality human resources at Hoa Lu University.

On this occasion, he expressed his gratitude for the wholehearted support in all aspects from Ninh Binh province, the Board of Directors and teachers of Hoa Lu University so that the international students could complete their study program in the best way possible.

He also reminded Lao students from Udomxay province who are studying at Hoa Lu University to strictly follow the school's rules and regulations, study hard and train to become good cadres to serve the development of their homeland and country. At the same time, they should constantly improve their understanding of the country and people of Vietnam in general and Ninh Binh province in particular, and always respect, preserve and promote the good relationship between the two countries and localities.

On this occasion, the Secretary and Governor of Udomxay province presented gifts to Lao students studying at Hoa Lu University and wished them good results in their studies.

Here, Comrade Bun Khong La Chiem Phon and members of the U-Dom-Xay provincial delegation expressed their joy at being able to visit and admire the work imbued with national identity and human quintessence.

The tour was also an opportunity for the Udomxay delegation to gain a deeper understanding of the historical and cultural values as well as the beauty of the ancient capital of a thousand years of civilization and the friendliness and warmth of the people of Ninh Binh province.
