At the meeting point, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation, comrade Tran Van Khai, a member of the National Assembly working full-time at the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment, informed voters of the expected content and program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; reported on the results of the activities of the provincial National Assembly delegation since the 8th Session and the direction and tasks in the coming time; and the results of handling opinions and recommendations of voters of Ha Nam province sent to the 8th Session.

Voters of Duy Minh ward expressed their agreement and support for the policy of merging some provincial-level administrative units, not organizing the district level, merging commune-level units to implement a 2-level local government to ensure streamlining, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency. Voters suggested that the Party and State pay attention to and arrange jobs for cadres and civil servants who have more than 5 years of work left and have not paid social insurance in commune-level administrative units after the arrangement... In implementing digital transformation in handling administrative procedures, people still face many obstacles. Voters suggested that competent authorities study and use digital platforms that are easy to understand, easy to use, suitable for people's intellectual level, helping people handle administrative procedures more easily, quickly, neatly and accurately.

Voters of Duy Minh ward also requested that competent authorities pay more attention to job introduction for workers, have policies to attract investment and cooperation in the field of labor and employment. Speaking at the conference, Comrade Pham Hung Thang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, thanked the attention and support of Party committees, authorities and people at all levels, which have significantly contributed to promoting the successful completion of local political tasks. At the same time, promptly report on the socio-economic development situation of the whole country and the province in the first quarter of 2025. Receive and respond to opinions and recommendations of voters within the authority. For opinions of voters not within the authority, they will be compiled and sent to the National Assembly and competent agencies for consideration and settlement according to regulations.
