Delegation of National Assembly deputies of Dak Nong province met voters of Nghia Tan ward

After the Provincial National Assembly Delegation announced the content of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, voters of Nghia Tan ward focused on making recommendations on local issues, many of which were related to the land sector.

Delegate Pham Nam Tien, a full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society, announced the expected time and content of the 9th Session.

Voters shared the spirit of support and consensus in implementing projects, creating a face for the city's socio-economic development. When the State had a policy of reclaiming land to implement projects, voters agreed and quickly handed over the land.

Voter Mai Van Nguyen, residential group 3, Nghia Tan ward, reflects on inadequacies in compensation and clearance for the 131-hectare project.

However, due to many reasons, compensation for land acquisition is very slow, affecting the economy and people's lives. Specifically, many voters reflect on the shortcomings in compensation for site clearance of some large projects in the area such as: Ho Ha Project, 131ha Project, 23ha Project, North-South Road Project...

The conference recorded 12 opinions and recommendations, mainly related to land management in the area.

Voters believe that many projects have been “suspended” for too long, even lasting 15-20 years, but have not yet been implemented. Voters request that the authorities publicly respond to information about suspended projects such as: is the project still planned? When is the planning period?...

Most of the opinions and recommendations of voters were answered by local leaders and departments at the conference. Regarding the planning of projects in the area, Vice Chairman of Gia Nghia City People's Committee Thach Canh Tinh promised to review and coordinate with relevant units to continue handling issues under his authority and clearly answer voters about unresolved problems.

Delegate Duong Khac Mai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Nong Province, informed about some strengths after Dak Nong merged with Lam Dong and Binh Thuan provinces.

The delegate suggested that the relevant agencies need to coordinate closely and sit together to find solutions for the people and voters.
