Provincial National Assembly delegation works with Ninh Phuoc District Medical Center

On January 23, the National Assembly Delegation of the province had a working session with the Ninh Phuoc District Medical Center to supervise the implementation of policies and laws on innovation of the management organization system, improving the quality and efficiency of public service units in the period of 2018-2023.

Ninh Phuoc District Medical Center currently has 5 functional departments, 13 specialized departments and 9 commune and town health stations, with 243 employees receiving salaries from the state budget and from the revenue of public service units. In the period of 2023-2025, the Center is assigned financial autonomy by the Ninh Phuoc District People's Committee with a regular revenue and expenditure of 60.3%. The organizational structure is streamlined, maximizing operational efficiency; new equipment, the professional qualifications of the medical staff are increasingly improved, well meeting the health care needs of the people in the area.

After listening to the results achieved, the difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process, on behalf of the delegation, comrade Dang Thi My Huong, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, requested the Ninh Phuoc District Medical Center to continue reviewing and supplementing the contents that the members of the delegation raised at the working session. Regarding some recommendations on investment in building facilities, supplementing staff for medical examination and treatment at health stations, and providing sufficient funding according to the decision on autonomy... The delegation will synthesize and propose to the central ministries, branches, and the Provincial People's Committee to consider, support, and ensure suitability in the unit's operations.
