Delegation of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province

On the afternoon of May 29th, a delegation from the People's Councils of Thanh Hoa province (Vietnam) and Hua Phan province (Laos), led by Mr. Le Tien Lam, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province, and Mr. Khon Pa Phan Luong Si Chan Thoong, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Acting Chairman of the People's Council of Hua Phan province, offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area (Thanh Hoa City) during a working visit to exchange experiences on the activities of the People's Councils of the two provinces, organized in Thanh Hoa.

Delegations from the People's Councils of Thanh Hoa and Hua Phan provinces laid flowers and offered incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh.

In a moment of profound emotion commemorating the beloved President Ho Chi Minh, members of the delegation from the People's Councils of Thanh Hoa and Hua Phan provinces respectfully offered incense to express their boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh – who, together with President Kaysone Phomvyhane, President Souphanouvong, and other revolutionary leaders of the two Parties and two countries, jointly built, preserved, and diligently nurtured the great friendship, solidarity, and close ties between Vietnam and Laos, ensuring that it remains "ever green and enduring for generations to come."

Members of the People's Council delegations from both provinces pledged to continue strengthening relations, promoting solidarity and unwavering loyalty between the two Parties, two States, and two provinces, striving to overcome difficulties and challenges, successfully implementing socio -economic development tasks, maintaining national defense and security, building clean and strong Parties, and developing the People's Councils of both provinces with many innovations and high-quality activities, worthy of being representatives of the people, contributing to building Thanh Hoa and Hua Phan provinces into increasingly developed and modern provinces.
