At the invitation of the Secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee (China), on the morning of June 11, the delegation of Lao Cai, Dien Bien, and Lai Chau provinces led by the Secretary of the Lao Cai, Dien Bien, and Lai Chau Provincial Party Committees attended the 4th Annual Conference between Provincial Party Secretaries and the 10th Meeting of the Joint Working Group between Lao Cai, Ha Giang, Lai Chau, and Dien Bien provinces (Vietnam) and Yunnan province (China) and departed through Lao Cai International Border Gate.
The delegation of Lao Cai province was led by comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; the delegation of Lai Chau province was led by comrade Giang Pao My, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; the delegation of Dien Bien province was led by comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
Seeing off the delegation of Lao Cai, Dien Bien and Lai Chau provinces to China were comrades: Vu Xuan Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Giang Thi Dung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, branches and some localities in Lao Cai province.
Welcoming the delegation of Lao Cai, Dien Bien and Lai Chau provinces at Lao Cai International Border Gate were representatives of the leaders of Ha Khau district, Hong Ha district, Yunnan province (China).
During their stay in China, the delegation of Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau and Ha Giang provinces will attend the 4th Annual Conference between the Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees of Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau and Ha Giang provinces (Vietnam) and the Secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee (China); the 10th Meeting of the Joint Working Group between Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau and Ha Giang provinces (Vietnam) and Yunnan province (China). The focus will be on discussing and evaluating the results of the implementation of the Minutes of the 3rd Annual Conference between the Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committees of Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Lai Chau and Ha Giang provinces (Vietnam) and the Secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee (China), and at the same time discussing, agreeing and proposing contents on exchanges and cooperation in the coming time...
