On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the National Day of the People's Republic of China (1949-2024), on September 25, the delegation of Binh Lieu, Hai Ha districts and Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province (Vietnam) visited and congratulated the leaders of the Party, Government and people of Fangcheng District, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China). Comrade Lu Haixin, Secretary of the Fangcheng District Party Committee, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) welcomed the delegation.
On behalf of the comrades in the delegation of Binh Lieu, Hai Ha districts, Mong Cai city (Quang Ninh province), comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Hanh, Secretary of Binh Lieu District Party Committee, respectfully thanked the warm feelings, the solemn and sincere reception and sent congratulations to the leaders of the Party, Government and People of Fangcheng District, Fangcheng City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the National Day of the People's Republic of China on October 1 (1949-2024). Binh Lieu District, Hai Ha District and Mong Cai City are extremely pleased with the great achievements in all fields that the Party, State and People of China in general and Fangcheng District in particular have achieved over the past 75 years.
The relationship between Vietnam and China has been increasingly affirmed through diplomatic activities between the two Parties, the two States and the two Provinces and Regions; especially after the visit of General Secretary, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam and his wife and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to pay an official visit to the People's Republic of China from August 18-20, 2024; the official visit to the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region by the Quang Ninh Provincial Delegation; the 2024 Spring Meeting program between Provincial Party Secretaries; the 15th Conference of the Joint Working Committee between the provinces of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Ha Giang, Vietnam and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 27-29, 2024. And recently, on August 30, 2024, the working delegation of Comrade Liu Ning, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Regional Party Committee, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, paid an official visit to Quang Ninh province.
Under the leadership of the two Parties and the two States of Vietnam and China, Quang Ninh province and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Binh Lieu district, Hai Ha district, Mong Cai city and Fangcheng area have established a mechanism for friendly exchanges and cooperation in various fields. In recent times, Binh Lieu district and Hai Ha district have actively coordinated and discussed with Fangcheng area to request competent authorities to recognize, announce and officially put into operation the pair of bilateral border gates of Hoanh Mo (Vietnam) - Dong Trung (China) including the customs clearance of Bac Phong Sinh (Vietnam) - Ly Hoa (China). Mong Cai city and Fangcheng area have been actively implementing the Agreement on cooperation in tourism development. To achieve that result, there is valuable support, coordination and cooperation from the leaders of the Party, Government and People of Fangcheng area, Fangcheng Port City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China). Thereby, contributing to deepening the friendly neighborly relations between border localities.
Binh Lieu, Hai Ha districts, Mong Cai city wish to further develop friendly cooperation relations with Phong Thanh area, to foster friendship between the two Parties, two States, two Provinces - Areas, contributing to the development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and China, for the prosperity of each country, for the benefit of the people of the two countries as well as for peace, stability, cooperation and development of the region and the world.
On behalf of the Party, Government and people of Fangcheng District, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) , Comrade Lu Haixin, Secretary of the Fangcheng District Party Committee, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) respectfully thanked Binh Lieu District, Hai Ha District and Mong Cai City and expressed his determination to continue to consolidate and further strengthen the cooperative relationship, develop and expand exchanges in all fields, contributing to deepening the friendship between Vietnam and China to be forever green and everlasting.
