Within the framework of the investment promotion trip to the United States, on the morning of April 10 (Vietnam time), the delegation of Hai Duong province led by comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited and worked with the Vietnamese Embassy in the United States.

Deputy Ambassador Nguyen Thuy Hong and counselors received and worked with the delegation.

At the meeting, comrade Le Van Hieu gave an overview of the socio -economic development situation of Hai Duong, especially the outstanding results in attracting foreign investment; affirming that these results had positive contributions from many US enterprises in the area.

The delegation of Hai Duong province took a souvenir photo with the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu hopes that the Vietnamese Embassy in the United States will continue to play the role of a bridge, supporting the introduction and connection of US investors and businesses to survey and explore investment cooperation opportunities in Hai Duong. At the same time, it will create conditions for Hai Duong businesses to reach out to the international market and expand cooperation with US partners.

According to the program, on the same day, the delegation also visited and worked with a number of businesses in the United States to introduce the potential, strengths and investment environment of Hai Duong. Before that, the delegation visited and worked with the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations.
