Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee Le Thanh Do presented a souvenir to the Vietnamese Embassy in Moscow.

In the field of education and training, it is expected that Vietnamese will be taught at Lyceum No. 488 in Saint Petersburg; Russian will be taught at the Dien Bien Provincial Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities. Dien Bien Province proposes to expand the scholarship program for students to study in the Russian Federation; in which priority is given to basic sciences to train high-quality human resources in the future.
