Dien Bien Provincial Police Delegation visits and works with Police of 3 Northern Lao provinces

Sending best wishes to the officers and soldiers of the Public Security of the three provinces on the occasion of the traditional Lao New Year, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh also congratulated the Party Congress of the Public Security of the three provinces which had just been successfully held.

In an atmosphere of solidarity and friendship, the working delegation of Dien Bien Provincial Police and the Police of the three provinces informed and exchanged information on the situation and results of security and order work and agreed to strengthen coordination, information exchange and support each other in performing the task of ensuring security and order in each province and each country.

During the working trip, Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh inspected two special working groups of Dien Bien Provincial Police on permanent duty in Phongsaly and Luang Prabang provinces.

Lieutenant Colonel Do Ngoc Minh asked members of the working groups to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and coordination in performing the tasks of ensuring security and order, fighting and preventing all types of crimes on traffic routes, especially drug crimes; ensuring security and order in border areas, contributing to maintaining stability and development of each province.
