Notably, the economy has grown quite well, with an average growth rate of 7.36% in the period of 2021 - 2023; in 2022 and 2023, Nghe An has continuously been in the top 10 localities attracting large FDI in the country. The infrastructure system has received investment attention, put into use and promoted effectively. Culture - society has achieved positive results; the province's education and training is always among the leading provinces and cities in the country; effectively implementing the Program to support the construction and repair of houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties...

Sharing with delegates, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung said: To achieve the results achieved in the past time, there are 3 lessons learned by the province. First is to build solidarity and unity within the Party, government and political system, thereby creating consensus in implementing common goals. Second, despite many difficulties, the province has chosen key issues, areas and key projects to implement, creating conditions to achieve development goals.

In investment promotion, the province has changed its approach from area to point, indirect to direct, through supporting industrial park infrastructure investors with capacity and experience to attract secondary investors. The province always accompanies industrial park infrastructure investors to remove obstacles and difficulties in implementing investment procedures and site clearance.
