TPO - The running route of the 66th Tien Phong Newspaper National Marathon and Long Distance Championship - 2025 goes through the diverse terrain of Dong Ha city. Bridges, dams to prevent saltwater intrusion, railway bridges interwoven along the poetic Hieu River, cool green rice fields, winding slopes, shady forests on the road leading through Khe May Lake or parallel to the railway line with North-South trains going back and forth are the journeys that athletes will experience on this special competition route.

Professional and amateur athletes will compete in individual distances of 21.1km, 42.195km for men and women in the professional and amateur categories; 10km for professional men, young men, amateur men and women; 5km for professional women, young women, amateur men and women.

In addition to competing in individual distances, athletes from provincial, municipal and industry teams also compete for team and group points.

To ensure accuracy, the running route of the 66th Tien Phong Newspaper National Marathon and Long Distance Championship - 2025 was measured by road experts of the Vietnam Athletics Federation using specialized equipment and thoroughly inspected according to international standards.
