Do Duy Manh was given the captain's armband of the Vietnam national team, who are his two colleagues?

On the morning of December 7, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) announced good news about Duy Manh's new duties.

VFF said: " Defender Do Duy Manh has received high trust from the coaching staff and teammates to become the captain of the Vietnam team at the AFF Cup (ASEAN Cup) 2024.

Alongside Duy Manh in the team's executive committee are two vice-captains Nguyen Tien Linh and Nguyen Quang Hai. These three are all experienced players who have contributed to the national team for many years and are also influential factors in the current lineup of the Vietnam team."

VFF also affirmed: " The combination of Duy Manh, Tien Linh and Quang Hai in the Executive Committee promises to contribute to bringing stability and strength of solidarity, determination and victory to the Vietnamese team in the upcoming matches at the ASEAN Cup 2024 arena".
