With nearly 25 years of artistic activities, veteran actress Dinh Y Nhung (born in 1980) has won the Best Actress award at major award ceremonies including Canh Dieu, Ngoi Sao Xanh, Vietnam Film Festival...
Most recently, at the 2023 Vietnam Film Festival, Dinh Y Nhung won the Best Actress award for her role as a mother with cerebral palsy in the film Mom, Butterfly Day by director Luu Huynh.
With extensive acting experience, Dinh Y Nhung was assigned an important role by director Ly Hai in Lat mat 7: Mot giau uoc.
That is the role of Ba Lanh - the eldest daughter of Mrs. Hai (played by artist Thanh Hien) and also the closest child, by her side the most.

When Mrs. Hai had an accident, Ba Lanh fell into a miserable situation: her husband left her and her child was hospitalized. The conflict between her mother and her child made Ba Lanh feel guilty.
When she was young, she competed in Miss Vietnam in 2000 and was a dancer. Dinh Y Nhung acted in both movies and television series such as: 39 degrees of love, Mother's love story, Dust of life, Ho Chi Minh road on the sea, Marry someone else...
Besides Dinh Y Nhung, Minh Khue (born in 1985) is also a long-time face who reappeared through Lat mat 7. She has a new stage name AMMY Minh Khue, who acted in the TV series Co gai uxe 15 years ago.

More recently, Minh Khue played in Hung Long Phong Ba, Small and big in the office, Love on sunny days...
With Lat mat 7, this is the second time Minh Khue acts in a movie.
Promising young actresses
Along with two veteran faces (but also acting for the first time in Ly Hai's film), director Ly Hai continues to give opportunities to young faces in Lat mat 7 .
They are Tram Anh (born in 1998), Le Thu (1996) - champion of Cinema Face 2023, Ceri Thu Ha (2002), Ta Lam (2000) - a face entering cinema from Lat mat 6, Tin Nguyen (1997) - TikToker with 3.6 million followers.
Among them, only Ta Lam has acted in Ly Hai's movies. She plays Yen "mixed cream" in Lat mat 6: The ticket of destiny.
Thanks to the film's success, she continued to have the opportunity to pursue cinema.
Tram Anh - runner-up of Cinema Face 2023 - plays another daughter of Mrs. Hai in Lat Mat 7.
The roles of the other female actors have not been revealed. When selected for the project, the actors all showed confidence and had previous roles as a guarantee for director Ly Hai.

Director Ly Hai once declared that his films do not need box office stars so there are many opportunities for new faces.
Flip Side 7: A Wish is directed, written, produced and edited by Ly Hai.
The film is scheduled to premiere on April 26, on the occasion of April 30.
