- On the afternoon of April 21, Dinh Lap High School , Dinh Lap district organized the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day - 2025 with the theme "Books - The door of knowledge", to honor the value of books and spread the reading movement in the school community.
Within the framework of the program, the school has implemented the program "Join hands to build a new bookshelf for children", calling on cadres, teachers, and employees to donate educational books, life skills books, reference books, etc. to build a shared bookshelf for students in the library. After the launch period, the school has donated nearly 100 books with diverse topics, contributing to enriching the book collection serving the learning and skill training of students. The activity contributes to developing a reading culture with the motto "Contribute a book so that students can read many books".
In the program, the contest “Answering questions – Knowledge from books” also attracted a large number of students to participate. Candidates went through selected questions from the books they had read, contributing to testing and expanding their knowledge.
In response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the school library organized a book exhibition in the library reading room. The publications were carefully selected with many rich topics such as: history, culture, life skills, children's books...
The festival is not only an opportunity for students to learn more knowledge, but also an opportunity for teachers and students to exchange and share good and valuable books, thereby fostering a love of books and building a sustainable reading movement in schools.
