Specifically, flight VN37 from Hanoi to Frankfurt on March 9 is scheduled to have a new departure time of 11:50 p.m. on March 10 (local time); VN36 from Frankfurt to Hanoi on March 10 is scheduled to depart at 11:55 a.m. on March 11 (local time); VN31 from Ho Chi Minh City to Frankfurt on March 9 has a new departure time of 11:50 p.m. on March 10 (local time).
Vietnam Airlines flights to and from airports in Germany will have their operating hours adjusted.
In addition, flight VN30 from Frankfurt to Ho Chi Minh City on March 10 is scheduled to depart at 11:05 on March 11 (local time); VN35 from Hanoi to Munich on March 9 is scheduled to have a new time of 23:50 on March 10 (local time); VN34 from Munich to Hanoi on March 10 is scheduled to depart at 11:05 on March 11 (local time).
In addition, due to the chain reaction from adjusting the fleet and general schedule, about 20 domestic and international flights of the airline from March 11 to March 12 may be changed from wide-body to narrow-body aircraft, delayed departure times or canceled.
Vietnam Airlines representative said that information about the operation plan will be regularly updated by the airline. Affected passengers will be supported by the airline according to regulations.
The airline also recommends that passengers planning to arrive, depart, or transit at Munich Airport and Frankfurt Airport during this time regularly monitor and update information on Vietnam Airlines' website and mobile application, on Fanpage or contact ticket offices, official agents, and Customer Care Center.
