Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online on the morning of April 11, Mr. Hoang Khanh Duy - Deputy Head of the Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone - said that the board has just issued a notice on regulating vehicles carrying goods waiting to be exported through Huu Nghi international border gate.
This is to implement the plan of the People's Committee of Lang Son province in coordinating the organization of the 9th Vietnam - China Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program here.
Accordingly, a number of activities will be held at the Huu Nghi international border gate (Vietnam) and Huu Nghi Quan (China).
Thus, from 6:00 p.m. on April 14 to April 17, all vehicles carrying goods waiting to be exported through Huu Nghi international border gate will move to Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park (Cao Loc, Lang Son) to stop and regulate according to the instructions of the authorities.
Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park will not collect parking fees for regulated vehicles during the above time.

The Management Board has requested the Lang Son Provincial Border Guard Command, Lang Son Provincial Police and relevant agencies to direct the traffic police and functional forces at Huu Nghi international border gate to consider flexible arrangement of forces to regulate traffic.
The Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Regional Customs Branch VI and relevant agencies shall propagate to organizations, individuals and import-export enterprises to regulate vehicles carrying goods waiting for export through Huu Nghi international border gate to Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park at the above time.
According to the report of the Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone, on April 9, the total number of vehicles transporting import and export goods in the province was more than 1,700 vehicles. Of these, 400 vehicles were exported, with 262 vehicles carrying fruits. By 8:00 p.m. on April 9, the number of vehicles in stock was nearly 300 vehicles.
At Huu Nghi international border gate alone, the total number of import and export cargo vehicles is 888, of which 228 are export vehicles (about 50% are fruit vehicles).
