Parade to promote messages about population and development

Responding to the National Action Month on Population and commemorating the 62nd anniversary of Vietnam Population Day (December 26, 1961 - December 26, 2023), on the morning of December 26, the Department of Population and Family Planning organized a parade of vehicles to promote and disseminate messages on population and development in 8/8 districts and cities in the province.

Propagating the theme of Vietnam Population Day 2023 "Participate in pre-marital health consultation and examination for family happiness, for the future of the country", the parade promoted and propagated messages such as: Improving population quality for rapid and sustainable national development; men have the responsibility to share with women in implementing family planning and raising children; choose for yourself a suitable contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy; do not discriminate between genders, do not choose the sex of the fetus; improve reproductive health care for the quality of life and family happiness; do not get pregnant at a young age for your health, happiness and future; do not marry incestuously to contribute to improving the quality of the race; let the birth of a boy or a girl follow the natural law...

The convoy passed through the main roads of Nho Quan, Gia Vien, Hoa Lu, Yen Khanh, Yen Mo, Kim Son districts, Tam Diep city, and Ninh Binh city. At the same time, the Population Department hung 30 propaganda banners on the main roads.

Through the media parade responding to activities on the occasion of the National Action Month on Population and Vietnam Population Day on December 26, it aims to strengthen the coordination of departments, branches, organizations and mobilize the masses to participate in better implementing the consistent policies of the Party and State on population and development work with practical and effective actions contributing to early stabilization of birth rate, improving population quality, building high-quality human resources, meeting the cause of industrialization and modernization. Strive to complete the goals of the Ninh Binh Province Population and Development Strategy for the period 2020-2025 and the province's population plans, programs and projects until 2030.
