Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport of Binh Dinh province, was transferred to work at Hoai An District Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Hoai An District Party Committee, term 2020-2025 from December 2, 2024, introduced to elect additional position of Chairman of the People's Committee of this district for the term 2021-2026.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Khuc, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoai An district for the 2021-2026 term, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province from December 2, 2024.

Mr. Le Minh Luc, Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, holds the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission. The appointment term is 5 years from December 2, 2024.
