Specifically, the opening ceremony will not take place on the evening of April 4 as originally planned. The time will be adjusted to the evening of April 6. The opening ceremony of the Southern Traditional Cake Competition will be moved to the morning of April 6, instead of April 5 as previously planned. In addition, the banh xeo exhibition will also be moved to the morning of April 6.
