Starting tomorrow (December 30th), the Hanoi Department of Transport will reorganize traffic on Lang Street at the Lang - Yen Lang intersection.
Specifically, the Hanoi Department of Transport has organized one-way traffic for all vehicles on the two widened lanes under the Cat Linh - Ha Dong elevated railway line, heading from Lang to Yen Lang.
Vehicles needing to travel from Lang Street to Yen Lang Street should continuously turn right before the intersection onto the widened road beneath the Cat Linh - Ha Dong elevated railway.
The Lang - Yen Lang intersection is frequently congested, making it difficult for people to travel, therefore traffic reorganization is necessary. (Illustrative image.)

The Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board is responsible for adjusting traffic organization, installing additional traffic signs, directional signs, road markings, and traffic dividers... according to the pilot traffic organization plan; coordinating with the Traffic Control Center - City Police to adjust the traffic light phases at the intersection on Lang Street (section from Lang Ha to Nga Tu So) to suit the traffic volume after the traffic organization adjustment.
This agency also needs to assess the traffic situation on the route and in the area to promptly identify shortcomings and propose adjustments to the traffic organization plan to ensure suitability during the reorganization period.
