On the afternoon of January 18, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee held the 79th meeting to give opinions on the partial adjustment of the master plan for the construction of Thai Binh Economic Zone. Comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting. Based on the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The local adjustment of the master plan for the construction of Thai Binh Economic Zone is necessary and must be implemented soon to have a basis and basis for implementing the following tasks. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed in principle on the content of the local adjustment of the master plan for the construction of Thai Binh Economic Zone according to the report of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant departments, branches and localities to absorb the opinions of the delegates; based on their roles, functions and tasks, urgently review, edit, supplement and complete the contents of the project to locally adjust the master plan for the construction of Thai Binh Economic Zone according to the proposed plan.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Standing Committee listened to and gave opinions on the investment policy for the urban housing development project in the mixed-use land and residential land in the planning area coded 1.10 in Thai Binh Economic Zone - Area B. The project is located in Diem Dien town, Thai Thuy district, including: housing, low-rise residential land, commercial service land, public parking area and parking for households and individuals, technical infrastructure works, social infrastructure and social housing.

Also at the meeting, the Provincial Party Standing Committee discussed and gave opinions on a number of personnel work contents.
