On December 12, Thach Thanh Power Company - Thanh Hoa Power Company held a launching ceremony - Signing a labor safety commitment between employees and employers.

Workers' representatives signed a labor safety commitment at the ceremony.

Currently, Thach Thanh Power Company has a total of 49 officers, employees and workers. Over the years, ensuring occupational safety has always been strictly implemented and is a mandatory requirement, playing an important role in protecting the health of workers, and is also a decisive factor in the productivity, quality and production efficiency of the unit. Occupational safety not only minimizes risks and accidents that may occur, but also creates a positive working environment, promoting solidarity and cohesion among colleagues.

Thach Thanh Power Company's Board of Directors signed a commitment to labor safety.

At the ceremony, the unit seriously assessed and realistically and objectively recognized the achievements and shortcomings in the activities of promoting the building of a culture of occupational safety in 2024. Thereby, drawing experience and building goals and tasks for 2025 on promoting the building of a culture of occupational safety, ensuring occupational safety at the unit with regular and focused tasks to control and ensure occupational safety, such as: 100% of direct workers must be informed of safety measures at the beginning of working hours and/or before moving to the work site, at the work site; 100% safety supervision of work at the workplace; actions to identify hazards and control risks to ensure safety; honesty in actions and work, refusing to perform work when safety conditions are not met; actions and propaganda to prevent violations of the safety corridor of high-voltage power grids.

Through this event, we aim to contribute to building a safety culture, not only improving the quality of work but also creating peace of mind for employees when they come to work every day to "Work safely - Go home safely"; At the same time, we demonstrate the consensus and determination of all officers and employees to strive to successfully complete all production and business targets in 2024 and the following years.
