Every year, the Phan Si Pang Ward Military Command advises the Ward Party Committee to issue resolutions to lead the implementation of military and defense tasks, and at the same time sends cadres to participate in training courses organized by the Provincial Military Command and the Town Military Command; well prepares conditions for facilities, training grounds, and training grounds.
Along with that, the Phan Si Pang Ward Military Command has built a complete system of plans, lesson plans, and specific training schedules that are close to reality. During the training process, it focuses on correcting each movement, training in order, style, military discipline, and training according to tasks, ensuring that the approved plan is in full compliance.
Due to good preparation in all aspects and strict training organization, management, and maintenance of troop numbers, the test results of all contents were 100% satisfactory, of which over 80% were good, 20% were excellent, and the number of troops participating in training was over 98%.
In addition to organizing training, the Phan Si Pang Ward Military Command also pays special attention to mass mobilization work. Following Uncle Ho's teaching: "If mass mobilization is skillful, everything will be successful", the Ward Military Command advises and organizes mass mobilization activities; actively mobilizes people to develop the economy; helps people overcome the consequences of natural disasters, prevent and fight forest fires; participates in environmental sanitation, repairs rural roads, and fights against social evils.
Typically, in the forest fire that occurred in February 2024 in Seo My Ty village, Ta Van commune, the Mobile Militia Platoon of Phan Si Pang Ward Military Command participated in supporting forest fire fighting by building firebreaks. From 2020 to present, the Ward Military Command has coordinated with departments, branches, organizations and residential groups to mobilize socialized money, materials, and working days to rebuild and repair 600 m of road, and work with the people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters... Phan Si Pang Ward Military Command also regularly organizes visits, encourages and helps families with children participating in militia and military service when facing difficulties, illness or being affected by natural disasters.
With creative solutions in militia training and good implementation of mass mobilization work, for 5 consecutive years, the Ward Military Command has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Sa Pa town for its outstanding achievements in performing national defense and security tasks. In 2 years (2023 - 2024), the Phan Si Pang Ward Military Command won the Second Prize in the Model Teaching Aids Competition organized by the Town Military Command.
