'Talent Rendezvous': New music playground on VTV television

Musician Huy Tuan, "Queen of Entertainment" Ho Ngoc Ha and singer Truc Nhan will be the three powerful judges in the music reality show "Talent Rendezvous" about to air on VTV.

On April 24, Vietnam Television held a press conference to inform about this program.

Mr. Nguyen Vong Ngan, Head of the Arts Department, said that Vietnam Television has successfully organized many large music programs with many singers contributing to the Vietnamese music market, so this year, the Arts Department has researched and innovated from format, music, staging, contestants, judges... to build a series of modern television programs aimed at audiences, especially young people.

“Talent Rendezvous” also aims to harmonize professional and entertainment elements to create a widespread influence, opening up an inspiring, sublime, and connected journey in music between contestants and audiences.

The program is directed by musician Ho Hoai Anh.

From the Top 12 talents, the Jury will select outstanding candidates to award the final prize.

Notably, among the contestants is Vo Hoai Anh - daughter of Meritorious Artist Vo Hoai Nam, who participated in the film "Hoa sua ve trong gio." Hoai Anh studied zither at the National Academy of Music and applied music at Thang Long University.

Another face is Nguyen Quang Anh, familiar to audiences through his roles in the TV series “Come home, my child,” “Say goodbye to love” …

Besides, there are prominent names such as Nguyen Hoang Bao Ngoc (powerful voice, attractive performance), Nguyen Thanh Thuy (formally trained in Jazz), or Nguyen Thi Mai Chi (female soldier - Runner-up of the National Chamber Music Competition).

With over 20 years of experience, Ho Ngoc Ha has some profound advice for the younger generation of artists: “I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to experience and witness many new talents emerging. Each generation of artists brings new changes. What is important is how you express your talent. In addition to talent, you also have to meet market tastes, audience expectations and build a unique image - a long-term strategy. It is easy to shine for a moment, but to have a long journey and be admired, you have to be your own 'strategists'.”

“Talent Rendezvous” will officially air on VTV3 at 9:15 p.m. every Sunday, starting from May 4./.
