During the recent holidays, although the weather was not hot, along the Sam Son beaches about 3km, from the foot of Doc Cuoc temple (Truong Son ward) to the end of D beach (Quang Cu ward), tourists flocked in a bustling atmosphere.

According to statistics from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, during the 5-day holiday from April 29 to May 3, the whole province is estimated to welcome nearly 1.2 million visitors, an increase of 33.1% compared to this holiday in 2022; total tourism revenue reached nearly 3 trillion VND. With this number of visitors, Thanh Hoa has become one of the localities with the largest number of visitors in the country. In particular, Sam Son City stands out with 850 thousand visitors.

Along with familiar beach tourism activities, the Sam Son Beach Square area with a system of 20 decorative trees bearing motifs and patterns on Dong Son bronze drums, 2 fountains performing modern light and water music shows invested in and created by Sun Group and just launched on April 23, has contributed to increasing the attractive experience for tourists coming to Sam Son this time.

With an area of ​​2 hectares, a capacity of about 10,000 people, and a length of 2.6 km, Sam Son Sea Square has become an ideal entertainment and walking place for tourists to explore the city at night.
