Attractive destination in attracting investment

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, at the beginning of the year, localities in the province focused on removing bottlenecks, speeding up the progress of compensation and site clearance. At the same time, prioritizing resources to gradually build, complete and synchronize the infrastructure system of Industrial Zones and Clusters, creating a favorable business environment to attract more secondary investors, increasing the occupancy rate of industrial zones.

The province currently has 17 established industrial parks with a total area of ​​over 3,140 hectares, of which 9 have been put into stable operation. According to the plan, by 2030, the province will develop 24 industrial parks with a total area of ​​about 4,815 hectares.

The technical infrastructure system inside and outside the Industrial Park is constantly invested and upgraded synchronously, fully meeting the requirements of electricity, water, telecommunications, and environment. In particular, the Vinh Phuc ICD Logistics Center, a pioneering project of the ASEAN Smart Logistics Network, is an important step forward, helping Vinh Phuc develop the logistics service industry in a modern and professional direction, opening up international trade opportunities.

Vinh Phuc has carried out administrative reforms by effectively implementing the “one-stop shop, one-stop shop” mechanism, helping to quickly, publicly and transparently resolve procedures related to investment, land, construction and environment. The province has promoted the application of digital transformation in management and processing of records, shortening the time for carrying out procedures, creating maximum favorable conditions for investors.

The province has a population of over 1.2 million people, of which over 600,000 are of working age. The proportion of trained workers is 80%, of which over 35% have degrees and certificates. Every year, the province is proud to provide the Industrial Parks with an abundant, youthful, highly skilled and serious working spirit. These are important conditions that create the attractiveness of Vinh Phuc in the eyes of investors.
