Hanoi Open University has announced the early admission cutoff scores for 2024. This year, the university is conducting early admissions through the following methods: Considering high school academic transcripts; Considering scores from the High School Aptitude Test (HSA) and the Thinking Skills Test (TSA).
For admission based on high school transcripts, on a 30-point scale, the cutoff scores for the 5 majors range from 21 to 22 points. Architecture, however, has a cutoff score of 28 on a 40-point scale. Details are as follows:
Using the HSA and TSA scoring methods, the school converts scores to a 30-point scale, setting the entrance score for all 9 majors at 18. The conversion formula is as follows:
Admission score based on HSA = Total HSA test score * 3/15 + Priority points.
Admission score according to TSA = Total TSA test score * 3/10 + Priority points.
