The first locality in Hai Duong to support the needy according to Resolution 37

Gia Loc district has 339 people receiving support according to Resolution No. 37/2024/NQ - HDND dated December 11, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on regulations on supporting members of poor households and households escaping poverty in the province. Of which, the district has paid support to 333 subjects with a total amount of 546.1 million VND.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, in addition to Gia Loc district, 8 districts, towns and cities have reviewed documents and issued support decisions for 3,371 people, including: Hai Duong , Kinh Mon, Nam Sach, Ninh Giang, Thanh Ha, Thanh Mien, Cam Giang, Kim Thanh.

Chi Linh City and Tu Ky and Binh Giang districts have not yet reviewed the application and issued a decision on support.

In order to effectively and promptly implement Resolution No. 37, the Department of Agriculture and Environment requests the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct the Department of Agriculture and Environment to step up propaganda and implementation of Resolution No. 37 and related documents. Focus on receiving, appraising and approving support requests from members of poor households and households escaping poverty to ensure the right subjects and on time; disburse support funds at the right level and time according to regulations.

At the end of 2024, the People's Council of Hai Duong province issued Resolution 37 on supporting members of poor households and households escaping poverty in the province to help poor households, near-poor households, and people in difficulty improve their lives.
