Late on February 20, Hanoi City Police issued a notice to find Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang, who traveled from her hometown in Ha Nam to Giap Bat bus station (Hanoi), and has not returned home since the afternoon of February 15.
According to the announcement, Hanoi City Police said they had just received a report from the family of Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang (born 2010, in Van Phuc, Ha Dong, Hanoi) that on the afternoon of February 15 (the 6th day of Tet), she went from her hometown in Ha Nam to Giap Bat bus station to go home.
However, the family later called but could not contact him. When he left, he was wearing a black jacket with white sleeves, black pants, black sandals, and was carrying a plastic bag and white clothes.
The Hanoi City Police's notice of interest states that anyone who knows or has seen Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang's whereabouts should notify her family (her mother's phone number is 0978491798).
