Di Linh: Require communes and towns to determine a specific roadmap to ensure the completion of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses before June 30.

The house of Ms. Ka Nhim's family (Son Dien commune, Di Linh district) is being built with support funds from the Program to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses.

Accordingly, localities must determine specific timelines for completing procedures, starting construction, and completing projects; at the same time, communes and towns must report progress weekly to the District Party Committee Standing Committee.

According to the registration with the Provincial People's Committee, in 2025, Di Linh district needs to build 93 new houses and repair 21 houses and has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for funding from the 5% savings source of regular expenditure in 2024 of the provincial budget.

In recent times, units and localities have actively implemented solutions to implement the program of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. However, compared to the general level of the province, the implementation results are still low, many localities have not been really determined in implementation, especially focusing on removing difficulties and obstacles related to land to ensure sufficient conditions for support according to the guidance of the Ministry of Construction on criteria for temporary and dilapidated houses.

In addition to assigning targets for implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025 to communes and towns, the People's Committee of Di Linh district also stepped up inspection, supervision, and grasping the situation and construction progress to promptly resolve arising difficulties and problems, contributing to ensuring the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025 in the area.
